Cleaning with attachments

Your PROheat 2X motorcar comes equipped with a hose and at least one attachment for cleaning stairs, upholstery, and more.

1. Important! if using to make clean upholstery, bank check upholstery tags.
   a. Check manufacturer's tag before cleaning. "W" or "Ws" on the tag means you lot can apply your PROheat 2X. if the tag is coded with an "X" or an "south" (with a  diagonal stripe through information technology), or says "Dry Clean Simply", do not go along with any deep cleaning automobile.    NOTE: If your deep cleaner came with a  Deep Reach tool or Stain trapper tool, practise non follow the cleaning instructions below. Instead, follow the instructions in the next section.
7. Clean by pressing the trigger to spray solution onto the surface area to be cleaned. slowly movement the tool back and along over the soiled surface. Release the trigger to suction soiled water. Continue to clean in the surface area, working in pocket-size sections, until no more than dirt can be removed. Rinse (optional) and suction as needed. Caution: Exercise non overwet.
8. Remove and rinse tools in clean, running water. Dry and replace in the tool caddy.
9. It is recommended that you lot suction clean water from a bowl to rinse out the hose.
10. Before replacing lift end of hose and stretch out to ensure all water is cleared from hose.
11. Wrap flex hose around the tool caddy.
12. Empty 2-in-1 water tank and rinse out, following the instructions on page 8.
13.  Return ReadyTools dial to flooring setting.

Deep Reach tool attachment

(Select models just)

1. Follow the instructions on page 7 for filling the 2-in-one water tank and the formula tank.
2. Follow instructions three-six on page ix nether "Cleaning with attachments".
3. Gear up tool on stain and press the trigger to spray solution onto the expanse to be cleaned.
4. Slowly move the tool dorsum and forth over the soiled surface, keeping the tool in contact with the carpet.

Stain removal

Hard floor cleaning

(Select models just)
Your PROheat 2X model may take come with a hard floor attachment and 2X Hard Floor solutions Formula. if non, these products are available for purchase past contacting the Bissell Consumer Care department past phone or at the website. The difficult flooring tool provides constructive cleaning for linoleum, vinyl, and tile floors.  Caution: Do not use on unsealed hardwood floors.

1. Vacuum or sweep thoroughly to pick upwards whatever loose droppings and pet hair.

3. Fill the formula tank to "WATER" line with water. Fill to "FORMUlA" line with Bissell 2X Difficult Floor solutions.

5. Attach the difficult floor tool onto the bottom of the auto by hooking information technology into the nozzle and swinging it downward until it clicks into place.
6. Set ReadyTools dial to the "FlOOR CleANiNG" setting.
7. Set the Custom Clean punch to NORMAl clean.
8. Plug into an outlet and turn the ability switch and heater ON ( I ).
9. Slowly motion the automobile forward and back over difficult flooring surface one time while depressing trigger. Caution: Do non overwet.
10. Repeat the motion without pressing the trigger using the hard flooring tool to squeegee and suction upwardly the dirty water.
11. Allow adequate time for floors to dry out.
12. Remove hard floor tool, rinse and dry earlier storing.
13. Rinse out the formula tank.

Maintenance & Care

WARNING
To reduce the risk of electric shock, turn power switch off and disconnect plug from electrical outlet before performing maintenance or troubleshooting checks.

In one case your cleaning is complete, make sure the ii-in-1 water tank is emptied, rinsed out, and dried earlier the next employ. The formula tank can remain filled and prepare to get.

Small belt removal and replacement

WARNING

Occasional replacement of 1 or both belts may become necessary. if that is needed, pleasefollow the instructions below.

1. Plough off the automobile, and unplug it from the outlet.
2. Remove both the 2-in-i water tank and the formula tank. set bated.
3. Unscrew the front nozzle and remove it. set aside.
4. Turn the car on its side. Important: cord side downward.
5. Remove the clear finish cap by unscrewing the ii black screws. Take care not to drop the screws into the unit of measurement.
6. Remove ane argent spiral.
7. Remove pin arm by gently lifting upward.
8. Remove pocket-sized brush belt.
9. Replace modest brush chugalug, and reverse steps above.

Brush removal and large chugalug replacement
